Visit the most emblematic D-DAY sites with a professional English speaking driver guide. Departing from Bayeux, you will reach Normandy's Coastal battlefield grounds in a comfortable and fully equipped 8 or 19 seater vehicle. This tour features a stop at Omaha Beach that will include informative commentaries by your guide. You will then move on to the Pointe du Hoc landing area where the US Rangers assault group captured the area after scaling the cliffs. End the tour with a stop at the Normandy American Cemetery. Important note: Due to road and construction works at Pointe du Hoc, access to the site may be limited in 2026 and 2027. In the event of closure, your visit will be replaced by another historically significant location.

About Bayeux
Bayeux is a small Norman town of medieval lanes and a Gothic cathedral, home to a famous embroidery of the Norman conquest and close to the D-Day beaches.
A strip of embroidered linen almost seventy metres long, made in the eleventh century, tells the story of the Norman conquest of England in 1066 and hangs in its own museum in town. The cathedral, whose crossing spire towers over the rooftops, was consecrated in 1077 with William the Conqueror present. Bayeux escaped bombing in 1944, so its old centre of half-timbered and stone houses along the River Aure is largely intact.
