They specialize in using small, intensely flavoured grapes, which create deeper, richer wines. Observe the wine-making processes, tour the barrel room and learn more about the history of the winery from their trusted experts.

8. Lunch we head to the Nookery Cafe at Woody Nook Wines for a two-course feast and glass of wine. After lunch enjoy a seated wine tasting in the gallery.
