Højdepunkter
The Kenai River is famous for its abundant Red (Sockeye) Salmon, which swim upstream to spawn each year. On some days, the river is so full of Reds that you can't cast without hooking one. While fishing from the shore is typical, we offer guided trips in our Willie Boats to a sandbar only accessed by boat for a prime fishing spot. We provide top-notch gear and expert coaching to help you hook and land your own Kenai River Red Salmon.

About Kenai
Kenai is a small town on Alaska's Cook Inlet at the mouth of the Kenai River, with a Russian Orthodox church, salmon runs and volcano views.
Kenai stands on a bluff above Cook Inlet on the west side of the Kenai Peninsula, where the Kenai River reaches the sea. The Dena'ina Athabascan people lived here long before Russian fur traders built a fort in 1791, and the Holy Assumption of the Virgin Mary Church, a wooden Russian Orthodox church with onion domes dating from the 1890s, still stands in the old town. A cultural centre tells the story of the Dena'ina and of the Russian and American eras.
