5Great trip
Nice kayaking trip. We had a perfect day. Our guide Matt was super nice and knowledgeable. We saw seals, crab, and jellyfish on our tour.
5Harbor seals, shorebirds and sea caves.
We just took a 90 minute guided kayak trip from Bowman Bay (Deception Pass area). We observed numerous harbor seals and pups, all sorts of shorebirds, bull kelp fields and breathtaking rock and sea cave formations from the water. The trip was incredible! And the guide, Ryan C, was the best! Very knowledgeable about the area and wildlife, and a genuinely great person. I would highly recommend this trip to anyone!
5Incredible Day Trip
We had a great experience with Antonio as our guide on the day kayaking! The meet-up was smooth and timely, the instruction was thorough and the experience was beautiful and authentic. We were able to see seals and coves and enjoy the incredible scenery from the sea. Antonio was very knowledgeable, we learned so much! Highly recommend this trip!
5Fun! Easy! Great Value!
We loved the convenience parking at the state park and having everything needed for a kayak excursion right there ready to go. Our guide provided a helpful tutorial before leading us out on a relaxing paddle excursion. We will check out the two day kayak trip next summer!
5We enjoyed this kayak...
We enjoyed this kayak tour. I would say it was a fairly easy paddle with beautiful views. We saw harbor seals and their babies. I would definately recommend this kayak tour.

About San Juan Islands
The San Juan Islands are an archipelago in the Salish Sea of Washington state, with orca whales, ferries, forested hills and quiet harbours.
The San Juan Islands lie in north-west Washington, between the mainland and Vancouver Island, in the Salish Sea. More than a hundred named islands and rocks make up the group, and four of them, San Juan, Orcas, Lopez and Shaw, are reached by the state ferry from Anacortes. Fir-covered hills, small farms, harbours and rocky shorelines make up the landscape.
