For everyone in Veliko Tarnovo the activity happens in the unique Salasuka village with workshop on preparation and baking the traditional bread, milk fermentation, garden daily life activities and light lunch. For the customers in Bansko and the area of Bansko, the activity happens in Vlahi village which is really authentic and very interesting. For the customers in Varna, Dolishte village is used. About Bansko
Bansko is a mountain town at the foot of Bulgaria's Pirin range, with cobbled lanes of stone houses, taverns and one of the country's main ski areas.
Bansko lies in the Razlog valley in south-west Bulgaria, under the jagged peaks of Pirin National Park. The old town keeps lanes of stone houses with wooden balconies and high-walled yards, along with the Holy Trinity church, and the poet Nikola Vaptsarov was born here. Several traditional taverns, called mehanas, serve food in rooms of wood and stone.
