Højdepunkter

Hatha yoga with Rozalia at OEP stands out as an experience because it transforms a standard yoga class into an intimate, stress-free, and community-focused ritual. Eliminating the barriers that keep busy individuals—like parents—away from the mat, the session offers a rare blend of personalized instruction and peace of mind. Commercial yoga studios pack people into a single room. A strict 6-person limit ensures Rozalia can offer tailored personal adjustments, attention and a supportive, non-intimidating environment. Convenience: You don't need to carry a heavy mat, blocks, or straps across town. Having all high-quality equipment fully provided streamlines your day and makes showing up effortless. The Post-Class Matcha Ritual: Complimentary matcha latte turns a physical workout into a social, grounding ritual. It gives you a moment to slow down, connect with Rozalia and your fellow classmates, and absorb the peaceful energy of your practice before diving back into daily life.

About Athen

Top-ranked sights in Athen: Acropolis, Parthenon, Acropolis Museum.
