After the concert, we'll visit a charming restaurant on Lenox Avenue for brunch to enjoy Harlem's unique flavors and history, then explore Mount Morris Park and walk to the iconic Apollo Theater on 125th Street.

The church was originally Temple Israel for the first Jewish congregation incorporated in Harlem as Hand-In-Hand in 1873. Make sure to search the Stars of David are nestled in leafy capitals of the building’s four Corinthian columns and are also embedded in the window casements. This is the site for the gospel concert.

The tour starts at the Apollo Theater with a brief conversation on the history of Harlem and the Apollo Theater.
