In this activity, we will explore a hidden part of the Soča river, where we can stay away from the crowds and dip into the untouched nature. Our goal is to teach you all the essentials of SUP, so you can comfortably do paddleboarding on your own wherever you go. We will stop for cliff-jumping, play games, and enjoy the breathtaking nature surrounding the emerald river during our tour. This activity is about you. Great experience! Wonderful nature, a lot of fun, drinkable soča river, best paddleboard trip ever. The staff was enthusiastic and very nice!

I've done the two day white water course with Poca and it was so good!!!! Poca is a great guide. She has patience, explaining it all very well. We had a great time at the river. I really recommend this trip. The scenery is beautiful, they take good care of you and they take the time for you. Thanks Poca! Hope we will meet again! Love, Suus
5Do Not Miss this Experience when in Bovec/Soca Valley!
AMAZING! Everything about the Emerald Soca experience was great - the owner answered all our questions and communicated super fast; our guide Lily was a terrific person and guide; the water and surroundings were immensely beautiful and uncrowded; meetup & logistics were easy. This SUP trip was a truly great way to see a different part of the unforgettable Soca river. The trip was very relaxed and we had plenty of time to swim, explore and soak in the gorgeous scenery. Beats any SUP experience we've had in the US.

We booked a trip to Predil Lake via Bovec-SUP as a family of five. Our sons are 8, 10 and 12 and we were a bit afraid how the youngest will take it. Actually it has been a really great experience for all of us! Special thanks to Sebi for the warm welcome, and smooth communication via email, and Lili for her great sense of humour and unwavering support on the boards :) I would highly recommend them, they are a great team and also the setting is breathtaking: Predil Lake is worth a visit. Or two. Or more… :)

About Bovec
Bovec is a mountain village in Slovenia's Soča Valley, in the Julian Alps, with an emerald river, waterfalls, rafting and a ski area on Mount Kanin.
Bovec lies in a wide basin in the Julian Alps at the head of the Soča Valley, surrounded by limestone peaks near the Italian border and the edge of Triglav National Park. The Soča river, clear and emerald green, flows down from the mountains through gorges, and the valley saw fierce fighting on the Isonzo front in the First World War. Old war trenches, chapels and cemeteries still mark the slopes.
