we will start through the tea plantations for about 90 to 120 minutes, After reaching the top of the hill, rest of our couple of hours trek will be on the ridge which offers beautiful views around, through grasslands, one side will be rocky mountain slope and the other side will be tea plantations, patches of Shola forest etc…, in a clear sky day we could see the Anaimudi “highest peak in S. India” and the water reservoir of Idukki Dam which listed as highest arch dams in Asia and third tallest dam in India. We will have refreshment with some fruits and snacks, our trek we will be through Nature Zone nature resort where we can see some of exotic spices like Coffee, Cardamom, etc…, After will continue our Walk to the most top peak (2000 mtr) then will walk back through shola forest about 10 minutes to tea plantation. Will have another 90 minutes to 120 minutes walk through the tea plantations to finish the trek, highest point of this trek will be about 2000 meters MSL (approx).

Amazing day tour in the Tea plantations abd mountains, excellent packed lunch and nice little surprises like a snack, hot local tea and lemongrass spotting. Mani is a great guy and excellent guide😎😉

Had an amazing full-day hiking experience in Munnar with Raja J! Everything was perfectly organized, and the hike was absolutely beautiful. Raja was very friendly, helpful, and made sure the whole experience was enjoyable and safe. The views were incredible, and he knew the best spots along the way. Nice, professional, and perfect from start to finish. Highly recommend Raja J for anyone looking for an unforgettable hiking experience in Munnar! He is a pro photographer !
5A fantastic hike in the tea Letchmi Estate!
We wanted to visited the Letchmi Estate for a hiking tour and we found this one on the company’s website. Vijay was an incredible guide who explained us a lot of things while hiking also giving us our time to take pictures and stop when we needed to rest. It was a very nice experience which we will always remember!

We enjoyed the hike through the tea plantations and the views from the mountains top. Mani was great at guiding us and explaining the nature along the way all different kinds of plants. It was just what we were after!

About Munnar
Munnar is a hill station in Kerala's Western Ghats, where tea bushes cover the slopes and the Nilgiri tahr grazes on grassland above the clouds.
Munnar lies at around 1,500 metres in the Western Ghats of Kerala, at the meeting of three rivers, which is where its name comes from. The hills around town are covered in rolling tea estates planted by British growers in the nineteenth century, and cardamom and pepper grow on the slopes of the Cardamom Hills nearby. A small museum tells the story of the tea industry.
