The city is well known for its Tuya wood factories and Argan oil women's cooperatives. On our excursion to Essaouira we propose a stop at a women's cooperative to see the demonstration of local women preparing Argan oil. On arrival in the city, you can take a free ride in the Medina of Essaouira, visit the port, and then enjoy a lunch of fresh grilled fish in the local restaurants of the port. If you wish we can hire a local guide who will take a tour of the City. The excursion from Marrakech to Essaouira starts as early as possible (it is recommended) to take advantage of the day.
