The highlight is a hands-on sushi-making experience at Yoshida Sushi in Kabukicho, where guests wear a happi coat, learn from sushi staff, enjoy photo opportunities, and taste sushi according to the selected plan. The Regular Plan is based on Yoshida Sushi’s Premium Masterclass, while the Luxury Plan features a VIP omakase-style experience with sake pairing and special touches. End the day at Toyosu Senkyaku Banrai for relaxed food-culture shopping, with an optional Toyosu Market visitor-area stop before 5:00 p.m. when the market is open.
Where Edo’s fish market culture began Start your journey in Nihonbashi, the historical heart of Edo’s commerce and fish market culture. Hands-on Edomae sushi-making experience After learning about Edo’s fish markets and food culture, enjoy a hands-on sushi-making experience at Yoshida Sushi in Kabukicho. Guests will wear a happi coat, learn the basics of sushi-making, and try making sushi under the guidance of sushi staff. Learn the basic movements of shaping sushi rice and placing toppings, then try making your own sushi. This is also a great opportunity for photos and videos. After the lesson, enjoy sushi prepared by the sushi team. The Regular Plan includes a premium sushi tasting experience, while the VIP Plan includes an upgraded omakase-style sushi course with Japanese sake pairing. At the end, receive an original certificate as a memorable souvenir. Please note that the experience venue may vary depending on the number of participants and operational arrangements.
Modern seafood culture and shopping Visit Toyosu Senkyaku Banrai, a food and shopping complex next to Toyosu Market that recreates an Edo-period neighborhood atmosphere.
