  2. The Teodoro Moscoso Bridge, located in Puerto Rico, functions as an extension of PR - 17, also known as the Jesús T. Piñero Highway, connecting this road with the Román Baldorioty de Castro Highway (PR - 26). It crosses the San José Lagoon, thus joining sectors of the Río Piedras neighborhood in San Juan with the Isla Verde region in Carolina. The bridge has become the new entrance to the Luis Munoz Marin International Airport. The bridge has flagpoles on both sides with American and Puerto Rican flags.
