Corfood bites - Cooking classes by Christos

If you are looking for a unique culinary experience, then join us in a hands-on cooking class, where you will be initiated into the secrets of Greek cuisine. We will prepare and cook four starters together. This is a good excuse to enjoy a glass of tsipouro, a homemade distilled spirit from mainland Greece. Although many salads exist throughout Greece, none can beat a traditional Greek salad. Therefore, we will prepare this colourful and nutritious dish, unlike anything you have tried until now, with most of the ingredients freshly picked from our garden. Next is our main course: a dish from the local Corfiot cuisine or another famous Greek dish. Prepare your senses for an explosion of flavours and treat yourselves to top-quality local white wine. There is no Greek feast without a traditional sweet, so indulge yourselves with one of the most famous Greek desserts.
