Runaway Bay is a small resort town on Jamaica's north coast in St Ann, with beaches, limestone caves and an easy drive to Ocho Rios.
Runaway Bay lies on the north coast of Jamaica in St Ann parish, between Discovery Bay and St Ann's Bay.
