For fufu with light soup or palm nut soup, choose just one protein: chicken, fish, goat meat or beef. Vegan versions with vegetables, mushrooms or soya are available. Optional extras included free are fried yam, plain rice, fried ripe plantain, kelewele, plantain chips and cooked beans.
