Beyond its shipping offices, banks and public buildings are a jumble of pedestrian precincts, shopping strips and rather grungy areas. The most attractive quarters of Piraeus city are Mikrolimano little port, Marina Zeas/ Pasalimani, Peiraiki coastal area and Kastella hill.
