Using an oven built in 1765 under King Louis XV, you'll sample a number of local and regional specialties while learning about traditional French bread-making. About Bordeaux

Bordeaux, on the Garonne in south-west France, is a stone-fronted port city and the centre of one of the world's great wine regions.

The pale limestone façades of the eighteenth century give Bordeaux an elegant, even look, and the curve of the Garonne, the Port of the Moon, is part of its UNESCO listing.
