  1. Once you meet us 15 minutes before your departure time to check-in, we will transport you to our drop-in point which is 10 miles west of Jackson Hole in a town called Wilson. Once we arrive, we’ll begin our 13-mile Snake River float trip. During your trip, our guides will tell you about the natural history and geography of the Teton Range, which you’ll be able to see an amazing view of during your float.

About Jackson Hole

Jackson Hole is a high mountain valley in Wyoming beneath the Teton Range, with a western town square, wildlife and ski slopes, near Yellowstone.

Jackson Hole is a long valley in western Wyoming, bordered on the west by the jagged Teton Range, whose Grand Teton rises to 4,199 metres. Fur trappers called high valleys holes, and this one was named for the trapper David Jackson. The town of Jackson has wooden boardwalks and a central square with four arches made of elk antlers. Most of the valley belongs to Grand Teton National Park and the National Elk Refuge.
