This high-altitude playground seamlessly blends world-class carving with sophisticated mountain dining, embodying the refined "Champagne Climate" that makes St. Moritz world-famous.

  2. Reaching a staggering 3,303 meters, Corvatsch is the high-alpine "sports mountain" of the Engadin, famous for its north-facing slopes that preserve crisp powder well into spring. This adventurous terrain features 120 kilometres of diverse runs, including the legendary 9-kilometre Hahnensee descent, which plunges through snowy forests directly into St. Moritz Bad. Beyond the glacier, the resort offers unique thrills like Switzerland’s longest floodlit night run and the world’s highest whisky distillery, providing a rugged and spirited contrast to its sunny neighbour, Corviglia.

About St Moritz

St Moritz is a high Alpine resort in the Engadin valley of eastern Switzerland, with a lake, ski slopes and a long record as a winter-sports host.

St Moritz stands at 1,822 metres above the lake of the same name in the Upper Engadin, in the Swiss canton of Graubünden. Its mineral springs drew visitors for centuries, and in the nineteenth century it became a winter-sports centre, hosting the Winter Olympics in 1928 and 1948. The Cresta Run, a natural ice track for headfirst skeleton racing, has been used since the 1880s. The Segantini Museum, in a domed building, shows the Alpine light paintings of Giovanni Segantini.
