There will be reflection discussions where you can unwind, laugh, enjoy fresh tea, cool water, fruit, nuts, and berries. Release your day to day stress, bask in the energy of this Ancient land, and ground your spirit during these four days and nights. You are coming for meditation, but you will leave with the tools necessary to re-create these moments anywhere!

About Giza

Giza, on the edge of Cairo, is home to the Great Pyramid, the Sphinx and a desert plateau that has drawn travellers for thousands of years.
