Situated in the foothills of the right Atlas, It contains a number of Berber Villages, female co­operatives manufacturing Argan Oil and set of waterfalls near the Ourika itself.The best thing about this part of the Atlas Mountains is that it is a naturally diverse place.

  1. We leave Marrakech around 09:00 a.m. we drive toward the Atlas Mountains Along the way you will be enjoying the beautiful Berber authentic 16th & 17th century villages Our First stop is a visit to traditional Moroccan house, to discover how people live and how (great) they cook From the roof of the house you have a beautiful view on a 17th century village and on the valley The lady (owner of the house) will make a tea ceremony to show you how to make mint tea. After this they will serve you a light country breakfast (bread, butter, honey, olive oil and tea). Then we continue deeper in the valley, we stop for a 20 minutes camel ride (optional) After the camel ride we drive until the end of the road, we leave our vehicle and go trekking for around two hours to see some waterfalls Then we come back to the van and drive half a way when we stop for lunch in a nice restaurant having beautiful view on the valley (lunch is not included) After lunch we drive back to Marrakech.

About Marrakech
