6. This serene house of worship, also known as the Bahai House of Worship, is built to resemble a lotus blossom. Fariborz Sahba, an Iranian-Canadian architect, created this masterpiece in 1986 with the intention of bringing people of different religions together. 7. The beauty of this monument, which was erected for Emperor Humayun by his wife Haji Begum, is beautiful and utterly unreal. This historical structure stands out from the others due to its symmetrical gardens, arched facades, and distinctive Persian and Mughal characteristics.
