أبرز ما فيها

The Unit 731 Museum stands on the site of Unit 731, a secret biological and chemical warfare testing center run by the Japanese army during World War II. Prisoners of 731, mostly Chinese, were subjected to horrific testing, including forced exposure to extreme cold and infectious diseases such as the plague. During its less than ten years of operation, thousands of prisoners died at the hands of the researchers in Unit 731. Today, the museum stands as a memorial to the human suffering and death that took place at the unit. During this 4-hour private, you will also get to see some classic Japanese style architecture in town.

About Harbin

Harbin, in China's far north-east, is a cold city of Russian-built churches and streets, famed for its giant winter ice and snow festival.

Harbin grew from a railway town built by Russia at the end of the nineteenth century, and its centre still carries that stamp. Central Street is a cobbled pedestrian way lined with European-style buildings, and St Sophia Cathedral, a green-domed Russian Orthodox church, stands in a square nearby. The Songhua River runs along the north side of the city, with a riverside promenade and Sun Island.

Top-ranked sights in Harbin: Harbin Ice and Snow World, Sun Island, Harbin Central Street (Zhongyang Pedestrian Street).
