A Community organization that contributes to the conservation of the paramo ecosystem of the National Park Chingaza with more than 2000 hectares of forest in a reserve area. In addition, they plant native trees that, associated with the nature tourism process in Chingaza, offer the local population the possibility of producing while conserving, in the place in the world where they are most likely to see the spectacled bear the only Andean bear in the world. About Bogotá
Bogotá, Colombia's capital, sits high in the Andes at around 2,600 metres, with a colonial old quarter, a famed gold museum and a hilltop church.
La Candelaria, the old quarter, lies at the foot of the eastern hills, with streets of colonial houses, galleries and murals around Plaza de Bolívar and its cathedral.
