About Ambergris Caye

Ambergris Caye is Belize's largest island, a long, low strip of sand and mangrove with a barrier reef a short boat ride from shore.

Ambergris Caye lies off the north-east coast of Belize, divided from the Mexican mainland by a narrow channel at its northern tip.
