And while our traditional techniques hold great importance, we have always balanced this with innovative ways to hone our skills and continue to create exceptional wines. Will visit either Church Road or Mission Estate whichever is available on the day (only 1 winery)
Mission Estate is a multi-award-winning winery and an iconic New Zealand landmark located in the heart of Hawke’s Bay. Established in 1851 by French missionaries, it is New Zealand’s oldest winery and home to a heritage like no other. Will visit either Mission Estate or Church Road whichever is available on the day (only 1 winery)
visit a fantastic Ale House set within Napier's Historic Port area. Here you can choose three glass fulls of any beer or cider from their range, six glasses per couple. Tea and coffee also available for those that wish.

About Napier
Napier is an Art Deco seaside city on New Zealand's Hawke's Bay, rebuilt after the 1931 earthquake and close to vineyards and a famous gannet colony.
Napier was flattened by an earthquake in 1931, and the town was rebuilt in the styles of the day, giving it a rare concentration of Art Deco and Spanish Mission buildings. Walking tours pass pastel shopfronts with zigzag and sunburst motifs, and every February the city dresses in 1930s clothes for the Art Deco Weekend. Marine Parade runs along the shingle beach, with gardens, an aquarium and a bronze statue of Pania of the Reef.
