The Karen Blixen Museum is a historical site that commemorates the life and work of the Danish author Karen Blixen, best known for her memoir "Out of Africa". This will be a guided to tour the preserved plantation house where Blixen lived and wrote. The house and grounds have been carefully maintained to reflect their appearance during Blixen's time there in the 1920s. The house showcases Blixen's personal belongings, photographs, and other artifacts that provide insight into her life in Kenya.The guided tour at the museum takes an average of one hour thirty minutes. Once the tour is done you will be transferred back to your Nairobi location.
