  1. We will depart from the capital of Seville towards the incredible Sierra de Aracena with its pastures and oak forests.

  2. The first part of the visit we propose lasts approximately 60 minutes. A local guide will accompany you along the entire path that runs through the pasture until you reach the farm where the Iberian pigs are kept in freedom, giving a detailed interpretation of the route with respect to the flora and fauna that can be found.

In this second part, also lasting approximately 60 minutes, we will take a tour of the different rooms in our ham and sausage factory, including the natural drying room for hams and shoulders that we can find on the top floor. You will be able to see how our pork products are made in an artisanal way and what the curing process of our hams and shoulders is like.

  4. The visit ends with a tasting of our best cured products such as acorn-fed Iberian ham accompanied by a good glass of "Marqués de Aracena" wine. While you enjoy the tasting, you will be able to see the retail store located in the same factory where you can purchase any of our products.

  5. After our visit and with a full stomach we will head back to Seville through the winding roads of Aracena and Picos de Aroche.
