If you stand on the top, you will see huge volcanic rocks located in the sea, small pebbles and sand of various colors, mainly red, all over the beach and attractive dark blue waters.

7. Perivolos Black Sand Beach Perivolos beach is a fully organized cosmopolitan beach with an abundance of comfortable sunbeds, umbrellas, and other amenities such as lifeguards, showers, and a Playground. It is worth noting that it received the "Blue flag" award, as it is very clean and tidy.

About Santorini

Santorini is a crescent of volcanic cliffs in the Aegean, where whitewashed villages and blue domes look over a flooded caldera to famous sunsets.

The island is the rim of an ancient volcano whose eruption left a vast caldera filled by the sea. On its edge, Fira, the main town, and the clifftop villages of Imerovigli and Firostefani cling to the slopes, while Oia, at the northern tip, is celebrated for its sunset views over windmills and whitewashed houses.
