Experience a 4-hour small group Mataram City Tour encompassing attractions such as Mayura Water Place which was built in 1744 and once was part of the impressive Balinese Kingdom. Meru Temple, the oldest Hindu temple on the island of Lombok, built by King Anak Agung Made Karang in 1720. This temple complex includes three temples being Brahma Temple, Shiva Temple and Vishnu Temple. This temple has become a symbol of the universe and the respect for the three major gods of the Hindu religion. The last place you will visit is Narmada. Narmada Park was built in 1727 as a replica of Segara Lake and Mount Rinjani.

  1. Your Guide will pick you up from your hotel lobby at 9am. Your journey will start by visiting Mayura Water Palace where you will arrive around 10am and will have approximately 30 minutes to enjoy the Water Place.

  3. Leaving Meru Temple at 11:30am you will head to Narmada Park arriving at 12 noon. You will have time to enjoy the park spending around 1 hour here before heading back to your hotel. Arrive back to your hotel at approximately 1:30pm – 2pm.

About Lombok

Lombok, an Indonesian island east of Bali, is a land of sandy beaches, rice fields and the high volcano Rinjani, quieter than its famous neighbour.

Lombok lies across a deep strait from Bali, and the Wallace Line, the boundary between Asian and Australasian wildlife, runs through that water. The island is dominated by Mount Rinjani, a volcano of 3,726 metres, with a crater lake, Segara Anak, and hot springs, and treks to the rim take days. Most of the people are Sasak, mainly Muslim, and their villages keep traditional thatched houses.
