Soniya was extremely knowledgeable and well-informed, and she explained everything so clearly and patiently. She was friendly, professional and genuinely passionate about sharing her knowledge of Dubai with us. What stood out most was her patience and willingness to answer all our questions, making sure we were comfortable and enjoying the experience throughout the day. She made the tour feel personal rather than just being a standard sightseeing trip.
