Our guide will make you discover the treasures of this wild and fascinating island. We will leave from the port of Piombino and after about an hour of crossing we will reach Portoferraio, the main port of Elba. About Livorno

Livorno is a working port on the Tuscan coast, with canals, a sea fortress, a chequered seafront terrace and the cacciucco fish stew.

Livorno became a major port when the Medici rulers of Florence built it up in the late sixteenth century, and they invited merchants of every faith and country, so the city mixes Greek, Jewish, Dutch and English heritage.
