We will prepare together (and consume, of course) the best recipes to eat and drink during these holidays: burgundy, pisco sour and earthquake, the quintessential drinks of these holidays. Yes, earthquake. It is a tribute that we Chileans pay, in the form of a drink, to this corner of the planet that shakes us from time to time with a powerful earthquake.
