About Dhaka
Dhaka, the capital of Bangladesh on the Buriganga River, is a dense, restless city of Mughal-era monuments, rickshaws and a busy river port.
Dhaka grew from a Mughal provincial capital on the Buriganga River into one of the most densely populated cities on earth.
