Join us for an unforgettable afternoon exploring Dublin’s most atmospheric and historic pubs while uncovering the stories, legends and colourful characters that shaped Ireland’s capital. With warmth, humour and plenty of craic, your expert local guide brings Dublin’s past to life in the very places where history was made and pints were poured. No two tours are the same. The pubs we visit are carefully chosen and adjusted to suit the group’s interests and energy on the day, creating a personalised and authentic Dublin pub experience with history, culture and traditional Irish music. We finish in one of Dublin’s oldest pubs, a hidden gem loved by locals. Come for the history. Stay for the pints. Leave with a true taste of Dublin. Small groups, expert storytelling and an experience designed around you.

The Confession Box is a historic pub on Marlborough Street beside St. Mary’s Pro Cathedral in Dublin. It is best known for its connection to the Irish War of Independence, when Michael Collins and IRA members reportedly used it as a discreet meeting place, blending in with churchgoers nearby. Today, it remains a traditional Dublin pub and a reminder of the city’s revolutionary past.
The Stag’s Head is one of Dublin’s best preserved Victorian pubs, dating from the late 19th century. Located just off Dame Street, it is famous for its ornate carved wood, stained glass and the stag’s head above the bar. A favourite with locals, it reflects Dublin’s rich pub heritage.

Dublin is Ireland's friendly, literary capital on the River Liffey, a city of Georgian squares, historic pubs, live music and a gift for storytelling.
Trinity College holds the illuminated Book of Kells and the soaring Long Room library, while Dublin Castle, Christ Church Cathedral and St Patrick's Cathedral trace the city's medieval and colonial past. Georgian squares such as Merrion Square, with their brightly painted doors, and the green expanse of St Stephen's Green provide elegant calm.
Top-ranked sights in Dublin: Dublin Castle, Temple Bar, Trinity College Dublin.
