We will learn all about the chocolate production process, as well as the different tropical fruits that the Colombian cocoa is paired with. Each person will choose their favorite cocoas that they sampled and then we will learn how to make our own chocolate truffle creations out of them! Afterwards everyone will get to take home their own handmade chocolates in a small gift box. Finally we will indulge in a pastry and hot chocolate treat to wrap up our tour. You will have a choice between a traditional almojábana, carimañola, pandebono, puff pastry, empanadas, mantecada, or an arepa made of: corn, anise, cheese, boyacense, or santandereana. By joining us on this tour you are not only enjoying a unique gastronomic experience, but you´re also helping to support local Colombian businesses.

Bogotá, Colombia's capital, sits high in the Andes at around 2,600 metres, with a colonial old quarter, a famed gold museum and a hilltop church.
La Candelaria, the old quarter, lies at the foot of the eastern hills, with streets of colonial houses, galleries and murals around Plaza de Bolívar and its cathedral. The Gold Museum holds thousands of pre-Hispanic gold objects, and the Botero Museum shows the plump figures of Fernando Botero, who gave the city his collection. Above town, a funicular and cable car rise to Monserrate, a white church at over 3,100 metres.
Top-ranked sights in Bogotá: Plaza de Bolivar, Botero Museum (Museo Botero), Gold Museum (Museo del Oro).
