This amazing private adventure includes detailed tours of two of the most popular Mayan ruins sites in all of the Yucatán Peninsula, Cobá and Chichén Itzá! This is approximately a 9 hour tour (including travel time) and includes pickup/drop off transportation, drinks, snacks, a tour of each site by an experienced and licensed tour guide, and a delicious local lunch. Our tour guides are very knowledgable in the history behind both of these sites and will provide you with very interesting facts about the Mayan culture. Our tour guides do not simply point and explain the obvious, they are educated in Mayan and local history and are professionals. Cobá is a peaceful tour as you take a short walk or bike ride through the jungle to reach the main pyramid which you can climb. Once at the top of the pyramid you can look out over the jungle treetops for miles! Chichén Itzá is a larger site and is one of the "7 Wonders of the World" as well as a UNESCO World Heritage Site!

  1. At the Cobá ruins we will learn about the city that once thrived at this site. This is also the only ruins site in the are where you can still climb the main structure. Once we reach the top we will be able to see over the vast jungle canopy. Beautiful!
