Discover pristine, white-sand beaches and secret waterfalls, tea-tree lakes far from the crowds and plenty of quiet water holes only the locals know about. This is the perfect experience for those looking to be immersed in nature out beyond the tourist droves. While the Byron Bay Foreshore might be one of the most photographed beaches in the world, this tropical paradise has so much more to offer those willing to get out and explore it. Come discover a different side of the Byron Shire in good company, with local knowledge and unique insight to make your day here extra special.
One of our favourites we often visit from a dozen or so local spots including a few hidden treasures the tourists don't know about.
A beautiful coastal reserve and stunning stretch of beach with ambling trails through native bush and sweeping views up the coast from the heads.
We often choose to visit the beautiful township and surrounds at Brunswick Heads, maybe taking in a short walk along the Brunswick River and exploring the rainforest and coastline.
The rest of your day will be dedicated to exploring rivers and secret beaches, lesser-known local falls and ti-tree lakes while perhaps meeting a few of our friends along the way. With the option to tailor and personalise the experience along the way, we'll make sure it's perfect for what you're craving from a day out in our own little piece of paradise.

Byron Bay is a relaxed coastal town in northern New South Wales, with surf beaches, a historic lighthouse and the easternmost point of mainland Australia.
Cape Byron, the easternmost point of mainland Australia, has a white lighthouse from 1901 and a walking track around the headland, where dolphins swim below and humpback whales pass offshore on their winter and spring migrations. The town has a long, gently curving beach, with surfers at The Pass and quieter sand at Wategos. Offshore, the Julian Rocks marine reserve draws divers to see turtles, rays and, in season, sharks.
Top-ranked sights in Byron Bay: Main Beach, Wategos Beach, Cape Byron Lighthouse.
