This wine tasting begins with a tour of the winery where you will learn the details of the wine production process. After the tour of the winery, the experience continues at the wine bar of Rubino in the port of Brindisi, Numero Primo, with a tasting of 4 selected wines perfectly matched with a light lunch menu based on carefully selected local products such as cheeses and cold cuts. About Brindisi

Brindisi is an Adriatic port in southern Puglia, the end of the Roman Via Appia, with castles, a deep natural harbour and the white towns of Puglia nearby.

Brindisi has been a harbour since Roman times, and its natural port, a bay with two inlets said to resemble a stag's antlers, made it the gateway to Greece and the East. The Via Appia, the Roman road from Rome, ended here, and a tall Roman column near the waterfront marks the spot. The poet Virgil died in Brindisi in 19 BC. The Swabian Castle and the Aragonese Alfonsino fort guard the harbour.
