1. Let’s Go! We will pick you up at your accommodation then set off through the hustle and bustle of HCMC’s extraordinary streets. Your tour begins as soon as you’re aboard your private transport, our knowledgeable guide will give you some information on Vietnam’s political history, in preparation for the tunnels. Liberated Area After one and half hour drive, we arrive at our first stop – Liberated Area, where you can see life of Viet Cong guerrilla fighters during the most intense time of the war from 1961-1972. You will be surrounded by thick forest, shaded by beautiful trees and bamboo. Your tour guide will show you around the location while explaining all about the magnificent, clever tunnels.
