Arrive at iFLY Basingstoke and safely float in an 800-horsepower vertical wind tunnel that generates a wall-to-wall cushion of air commonly used by professional skydivers without having to jump from a plane. Just about anyone can fly and no experience is necessary. Once inside the flight chamber, a tunnel operator slowly increases the wind speed until you and your instructor are airborne. Feel the adrenaline rush as you float at wind speeds reaching 130 to 175 mph (209 to 282 kph). The stable wall-to-wall airflow keeps you from falling off the column of air and your instructor is on hand at all times to guide you. The entire indoor skydiving experience takes about 90 minutes from start to finish. Each session includes up to 13 people, but you fly one-on-one with your instructor twice - the same freefall time as three tandem skydives! To ensure our team are able to fly you, it's vital you arrive at the venue no less than 45minutes before your booked flight time.

1DREADFUL company
DREADFUL company! As so many others have said, the flight experience itself is good, but their customer service is disgusting. My son and I paid an additional £40 for a video and photo package. That's £5 PER MINUTE for the 8-minutes of flight time we had. When they sent the images and videos through to me, some were missing, some were mixed up, it was a mess. They could not have cared less. It took a LOT of phone calls and promises of callbacks to hear from someone in Basingstoke where we had our flights. The first call we received promised to resolve it and send through the correct info - but nothing happened. The second time I eventually got through to someone they told me "You've got some photos so there isn't really a problem." Wow! I'm afraid I need to tell you, iFly, that when you charge £5 per minute for the pictures there very much IS a problem when you can't provide them!! Incidentally, the images are taken, sorted and sent by automated software that runs whether you buy the package or not - there is literally no additional cost to them whatsoever of the service for which they charge £5 per minute and don't deliver the promised results! Please do NOT pay for the photos and videos - rather, have someone with you take them from the viewing area and you'll get the exact same thing! iFly are a despicable firm of scammers and definitely best avoided.

It’s just amazing, staff very kind ,assuring and professional. Our experience was for my wife’s 72nd birthday and she a bought flights for 10 members of our family for xmas presents.

5Best Birthday gift EVER!!!
We took our Son and his friend here for his 6th Birthday and had the best time! Easy booking, helpful and friendly staff (special shout out to Mark) and really made the birthday boy feel special! Already planning our next visit, what an experience!

5A wonderful experience!
We visited recently with a group of children, and we couldn't be more pleased with visit to the iFly in Basingstoke. From the greeting at reception, to saying goodbye at the end, a faultless experience. The instructor, Mark, was brilliant! He really put the children at ease, they had a wonderful time, and they couldn't stop chatting about it afterwards 😁 Big thank you to the team for making it a wonderful visit and I don't doubt that we'll see you again soon.
