  • Infants are required to sit on an adult’s lap
  • Travelers should have at least a moderate level of physical fitness
  • The appartment is situated on the 4th floor of an old Bordelais building with no elevator. As inclusive as I want the experience to be, it is not wheelchair accessible and requires to climb some stairs. I would be happy to help if needed.

About Bordeaux

Bordeaux, on the Garonne in south-west France, is a stone-fronted port city and the centre of one of the world's great wine regions.

The pale limestone façades of the eighteenth century give Bordeaux an elegant, even look, and the curve of the Garonne, the Port of the Moon, is part of its UNESCO listing. Place de la Bourse faces the river, and the Miroir d'eau, a shallow reflecting pool, mirrors it. The Grand Théâtre, Saint-André Cathedral with its separate Pey-Berland tower, and the long pedestrian Rue Sainte-Catherine make up the centre.

Top-ranked sights in Bordeaux: Place de la Bourse (Place Royale), Porte Cailhau, Grosse Cloche.
