Mykonos Town, or Chora, is a maze of narrow lanes, blue doors, tiny churches and bougainvillea, said to have been laid out to confuse pirates. Little Venice, where balconied houses hang over the sea, is the classic place for sunset, with a row of windmills on the hill above.
