5Once in a lifetime experience
The turtle tour was fascinating. The guide was very friendly and didn‘t just show us the turtles, but told us everything about them enthusiastically. I can deeply recommend this tour, especially because the organizer takes a lot of protective measurements in order to protect the animals.
5Don't miss!
Israel really made this an unforgettable experience. He made sure all members of our group were supported. It was incredible to see these beautiful animals up close. Israel even helped us get a watertaxi back to our hotel when we arrived later than expected. 5 stars!

Amazing experience! We were lucky to see a turtle nest and then go back in the sea. I must see and do for every one that comes to Costa Rica.
5Great experience
It is quite a long walk and if you are not used to the humidity it can be difficult, it was for my husband and myself. We are not use to that type of humidity if this would have been during the day we probably would not have been able to complete the tour. It was a great experience and worth it to us, but we will not be able to do this tour again. Our guide was really great and was very knowledgeable, explaining everything to us including history of the Green Turtles and all the threats they face
5Just amazing
We did 3 tours and each one was brilliant. Lily was great on the turtle tour, Sandy on the morning boat tour and Louis on the night walk. All such amazing experiences. Special mention to Louis who found two sloths on the night walk. They also looked after us to ensure we got a water taxi back. Brilliant tour company with fab communication from start to finish. Saw two turtles up close! Great tour with good communication. They even arranged water taxis for us so we didn’t have to worry about it.

About Tortuguero
Tortuguero is a village and national park on Costa Rica's Caribbean coast, cut off from the road network, with jungle canals and nesting sea turtles.
Tortuguero is a small village on a strip of land between the Caribbean Sea and a network of rainforest canals in Limón province. No road reaches it, so boats and small planes are the only ways in. The national park beside it, created in 1975, protects beach, lagoon, swamp and tall rainforest, and it is one of the wettest corners of the country.
