1Death in Ensenada??!!!
Driver was not waiting with a sign with our name! Called.. rude man hung up on me. 10m later - a man from a different number said he was on his way to pick us up. This man drove up in an unmarked beat up car.. very little English!! THIS WAS AN UNSAFE AND SCARY THING! NO WAY WAS THIS MAN GOING TO DRIVE JUST US 45m ANYWHERE!! I use Viator a lot!! UNTIL TODAY.. I’ve always felt safe! Do better with operators being professional and with proper signage!
4Driver was amazing…trip was mediocre
Let me start with the good, Our driver Jesus was wonderful! He was extremely hospitable and was the highlight of the trip. In terms of directions, we were not sent good pickup directions. We had to reach out to the staff upon arrival. We were then given the appropriate pick up point. The original instructions just said the port and the gps was set in the ocean. In terms of the ATV’s, the staff at the location said very little. They rambled through the instructions and were not very welcoming. The tour guide took us to the top of the hill and took a picture. He too, didn’t say much. The route was nice and the equipment worked properly but as far as interaction with the ATV staff, it was not great. I’m glad we already knew a little about ATV’s, otherwise I could see someone being very lost. We selected ATV and Tacos. The staff at the ATV gave us no further instructions once we came back. Thank goodness for our driver because he jumped in to take us to a good taco spot. I would give the overall experience 3 stars if it wasn’t for our awesome driver who was a pleasure to meet and be around. Thank you Jesus for giving us a great time in Ensenada!
5Amazing Experience — Would Do It Again & Again!
What an amazing experience from beginning to end! Our guide and transportation, Juan Carlos, was absolutely fantastic. He was friendly, knowledgeable, fun, and made sure everything flowed smoothly throughout the day. He really helped make the experience memorable. The ATV ride was PERFECT! The staff was amazing, the ride itself was so much fun, and the views along the way were beautiful. It was the perfect combination of adventure, scenery, and getting a little dirty—which is exactly what we came for! 😂 We also had just the right amount of time at La Bufadora and the market. Enough time to explore, shop, take everything in, and enjoy ourselves without feeling rushed. My only small critique would be the included “taco,” which was a little misleading compared with what we expected, but honestly, it didn't take away from the experience at all. Overall, we had an incredible time. Between Juan Carlos, the ATV staff, the views, La Bufadora, and the market, this excursion was absolutely worth it. I would recommend this experience again and again—and I would definitely book it again myself! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐🏍️🇲🇽❤️
5Ensenada Oasis
The punctuality was top notch! It really set the tone! They were early and kept us on schedule. PABLO, our driver, was excellent on guarding our stuff and drove safely. ALEX, our tour guide/expert life hacker was EXTRAORDINARY! He gave us pro tips, excellent English, very approachable, caring and overall a decent human being. My family and I felt so safe and loved. We did ATVs and then a full body message. Everything went according to plan and we got back to our cruise ship on time. I highly recommend Ensenada excursions and if you can request a tourguide and a driver get Pablo and Alex! Thank you fellas! -Oxnard Ca
5I had an amazing time
I had such a great experience on my tour in Ensenada! Jose Luis was an excellent tour guide and really made the experience enjoyable from beginning to end. He was welcoming, patient, and very knowledgeable. I felt comfortable the entire time and appreciated how he took the time to explain everything and make sure I was having a good time. I couldn’t have asked for a better guide. Thank you, Jose Luis, for making my Ensenada visit such a memorable one! ❤️

Great experience with great views! Our driver was so nice and even dropped us downtown after the excursion. would recommend to friends and fam.
