Schnitzel and Strudel: Shared Cooking Class

Number 1 Cooking Class in Austria on Airbnb! I'm sharing my family´s recipes with you - food that has been cooked and eaten in my Austrian family since many generations! We are preparing traditional Schnitzel and Apple Strudel (and more!) from scratch. I´m happy to adjust the class for vegetarian or gluten-intolerant participants. (vegan is not possible)

We will meet in my apartment in the city center of Vienna! The building is a very typical Viennese Biedermeyer-Style house from the 1800s. Once you arrive at the big green door, ring the bell at Top 20 and come upstairs to the second floor. My apartment is on the left.
