Rome: Private Pasta-making experience on a Rooftop with Wine

What makes this experience truly special is the rare chance to step into a real local home for an authentic dinner that goes far beyond a standard cooking class. As a culinary professional who has studied, traveled, and cooked extensively, I created this space for a genuine cultural and gastronomic exchange—where food becomes a bridge between people and stories are shared across the table. Away from tourist spots, you’ll be hosted in my private top-floor apartment. After mastering handcrafted pasta techniques together, you’ll gather for a relaxed home-cooked meal on the spacious open-air terrace, with the illuminated city stretching from the Castelli Romani to the Gazometro as your backdrop. It’s an intimate, enriching evening of great food, fine regional wine, and real connection with a passionate Roman host.
