8.00: Pick up at your hotel in Old Quarter and depart to Halong Bay if you book transfer with us. If not, please make your own way to Halong.

About Ha Long Bay

Ha Long Bay scatters well over a thousand limestone islands across emerald water in northern Vietnam, a seascape best explored slowly by boat.

The bay's towering karst islands and islets, many draped in jungle, rise sheer from the water of the Gulf of Tonkin. A UNESCO World Heritage Site, it is best seen on a cruise, ideally overnight, gliding past formations such as the Fighting Cocks and stopping at floating fishing villages where life is lived on rafts and boats.
