e-Cook (Virtual Cook Class)

The Experience is aimed to engage & cook with via a virtual, live & interactive medium. A Feast for the senses, Saffron Palate is dedicated towards providing the Global Traveler an Authentic Indian Home & Kitchen Experience. From rich flavourful curries like butter chicken to aromatic rice and a wide variety of healthy and tasty Indian breads, guests learn about time honoured cooking techniques and the subtle nuances that can make all the difference. Using time honoured techniques one can gain a deeper under- standing of Indian food and culture. Our Experiences are recommended for anyone with an interest in the Culinary technique of Indian food & who want to gain a richer awareness of Indian life & culture. And, of course, for anyone who enjoys excellent food!
