Ko Pha Ngan is an island in the Gulf of Thailand, north of Ko Samui, known for its Full Moon Party, quiet bays, waterfalls and yoga retreats.

Ko Pha Ngan lies in the Gulf of Thailand between Ko Samui and Ko Tao, in Surat Thani province. Hills covered in coconut palms and forest rise in the island's interior, around the summit of Khao Ra, and a ring of beaches and coves circles the coast. Thong Sala, the main town, has the ferry pier, a market and shops.
